I’m here to guide people back to their natural state of being through nervous system restoration, subconscious reprogramming, conscious living, and deep inner reconnection.
My work bridges modern science, human behaviour, and ancient wisdom to help people heal from the inside out, reclaim their power, and remember who they were before the world told them who they had to be.

After years operating within healthcare, corporate strategy, and high-performance environments — and experiencing a near-death experience caused by burnout — Andrea began integrating the intellectual and scientific understanding of the nervous system gained through her healthcare background with ancient and traditional wisdom.
Andrea discovered that true recovery required more than intellectual understanding alone. By combining her healthcare and corporate understanding of the nervous system with ancient and traditional wisdom, she began recognising these modalities as interconnected intelligence systems.
The missing pieces in between were her own painful lessons — lessons that ultimately became the epoxy holding these two worlds, and herself, together. Every piece was found in a different part of Australia. It was the land that saved her. The desert. The forests, lakes, rivers and ocean.
And on that journey she met and learned from elders, guru's, and fellow travellers, ultimately returning to The Gold Coast where all the reminders of her pain began. So, with the courage to walk through the judgement by those who never knew Chapter 1. of her story, she has integrated the pain, the journey and the lessons to follow her heart.

We were human beings long before we became employees. Before cities, deadlines, and constant stimulation, we lived in closer connection with nature, community, rhythm, and ourselves.
The sun, moon, stars, and fire were once our guiding lights — and long before we understood electricity, the human body was already an intelligent electrical and energetic system of its own.
Today, many people are stuck in constant 'doing' — disconnected from their natural state while trying to perform in increasingly high-pressure environments. The result is burnout, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, and nervous systems that rarely have the opportunity to truly reset.
When the nervous system is regulated, restored, and supported, the human body and mind become incredibly adaptive, resilient, creative, and effective. We are able to lead, communicate, perform, and navigate pressure with far greater clarity, energy, and emotional balance, without sacrificing ourselves in the process.
Whether through immersive retreats in nature or support within corporate environments, my work is designed to help people reconnect with themselves while still thriving in modern life. Because success and wellbeing were never meant to exist separately.
I know this deeply through lived experience. I’m a highly effective corporate consultant and I’m also a present, loving, and conscious mother.
For a long time, I believed I had to choose between the two. Now I know it’s possible to be both.
